2025 Keynote Speaker: Will Flanary, MD, is an ophthalmologist and part-time comedian. He moonlights in his free time as “Dr. Glaucomflecken,” a social media personality who creates medical-themed comedy shorts for an audience of over 4 million across social media. Co-sponsored by the Stanford Department of Ophthalmology.

HOW TO REGISTER & PAY
FEES

The non-transferable registration fee is for ONE person. It includes breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks, and registration payment processing fees.
Limit ONE conference and one workshop add-on attendee/registration per order. Please place additional online orders for other attendees if needed. Please register using the attendee's name and email address.
Advance online registration/payment by VISA, MasterCard, or American Express is required. There is no walk-in manual registration/payment on the day of the conference.

By registering, I agree that refunds less a $50 non-negotiable refund fee per attendee/registration are allowed only if I forward my registration and payment receipt email (sent from eventorders@stanford.edu with the subject line "Thank you for your order...") to registrations@stanford.edu by September 3, 2025. I also agree that there are no retroactive discounts. No exceptions.

By registering, I agree that there are no registration format changes from in-person to virtual and vice-versa or to/from VIP Dinner. Any approved changes, etc. are subject to a minimum $50 administrative fee per attendee/registration – no exceptions, and no administrative fee waivers.

If I register using a discounted/academic rate:

-- If I selected a Stanford category, I will use my Stanford email during online registration or my order will be voided and refunded less a $50 refund fee without advance notice. No exceptions.

-- I confirm that I am a CURRENT FULL-TIME Academic (educators, and researchers) or CURRENT FULL-TIME Matriculated University Student/Fellow/Clinical Resident/Postdoc if I selected either category.

-- My registration will be verified by, and is subject to the approval of, the registration department who will be checking registrations and may require proof of my current academic status.

-- I understand that providing false information and/or not using my .edu/academic email during online registration will void my order resulting in a refund less a $50 refund fee per registration without advance notice. $50 registrations do not get any refunds for any balance because the refund fee is $50.
