New registration deadlines, subject to workshop availability.

$75 workshop fee is for one registered, approved other academic institution university or college student to attend one virtual instructor-led workshop. Each workshop is split into two half-day sessions (from either 8-11 am or 1-4 pm Pacific time) spread over two days.

You are required to use your academic institution’s student email account to send a list of the workshops you'd like to attend, your full name, and attach official proof of current affiliation as listed below to Stanford Ticket Office. If approved, discount payment instructions will be emailed, subject to workshop availability.

• current official academic institution website link to the directory, department web page or an official academic transcript issued by the university/college that you are currently a student at, class schedule from the university/college website that displays your full name, major, summer/fall 2021 or 2021-2022 academic year. Students who graduate before August 2021 do not qualify for student discount. Letters or certificates of acceptance or student status, student ID cards, and name badges or similar do not qualify.

If you do not provide your valid academic email address when creating an account and when filling in the enrollment form during online registration, there are extra registrations for the same workshop(s) and/or registrations on behalf of others or the order is not approved by Stanford Ticket Office, the participant(s)/you will not be admitted to the workshop(s). The registration(s) will be voided and a non-refundable $25 administrative fee per workshop per person will be deducted. No exceptions.

If you complete four or more workshops this summer, you qualify for a Stanford ICME Fundamentals of Data Science Summer Workshops Certificate of Completion which will be emailed to you in late September 2021.

You may only register yourself for up to 11 workshops that are not scheduled at the same time and day. 
 

* Data Visualization in Tableau and Deep Learning for NLP workshops are scheduled at the same time and day. You can only attend one of these two workshops.

** Intro Math Optimization and Intro Programming in R workshops are scheduled at the same time and day. You can only attend one of these two workshops.
