Your registration gives you access to:

• Two days of talks, panels, workshops, and breakouts.
• Networking opportunities, including happy hours on September 25 and 26, 2025.
• Breakfast and lunch both days of the conference.  

Registration and payment, which include a registration processing fee, are online only. Prices go up on August 1.

Refunds less a $50 refund fee per attendee will be offered up to 30 days before the event, however, you may transfer your registration to another qualifying person after that date for a $5 transfer fee by forwarding your receipt email and the new attendee name and their email address to registrations@stanford.edu by September 19.

A small number of discounted registrations are available on a first-come, first-served basis for matriculated students. Please use your .edu email address to contact us at tsrconference@stanford.edu by September 23.

Advance online registrations are required. There is no walk-in manual registration/payment on conference days.
